I like the way they are using sprong. Let him get his feet wet, let him watch a game from the press box every once in awhile, and then slowly advance his ice time.

For one; he not only waits too long to shoot but isn't accurate enough to find shooting lanes. And more so than his shot, he is below average at best at passes to set up shots...he constantly...
