I'd be ok with high school at 6 dollars, 18-25yrs 8 or 9 dollars, and 26 + being 11 dollars. Different rates for identical work sounds awful. It was terrible in the militar...

I'm not a fan of the fuel idea, mostly because I want to see the drivers going as fast as possible while still within the limits of the track. Reducing the fuel load and forcing them to be careful just changes it to glorified highway driving.
