Kunitz is red hot. He has had a good season.
Yessir. I am eating crow with respect to him. And once again, the Pens play their guts out and come back to earn at least a point. Love this new attitude.

Sorry shad, that time frame doesn't get you past January without admitting they're intentionally refusing to bring a vote. :D lulz, no question they would be intentionally delaying. There was a good article on FiveThirtyEight that basically said there's no way Obama would be able to get a candidate...

Nice. Portsmouth is only 45 minutes away--I've been there several times, it's a beautiful seaport if you are a nautical nut like me. It's also home to Smuttynose, which is worth a visit.

Nice. I'm really wanting to get full-bore into EPL outside of a passing interest, but trying to pick a team to root for. Spurs seems like a palatable choice, I don't want to pick a team where I'm sweating relegation every season but also don't want to go full bandwagon either.

Of course Obama has an obligation to fill the slot. Now that is a Lawyer answer. “The bottom line from my perspective, is the president has to do his job in nominating a qualified individual and then the Senate does it’s job in assessing whether or not this person is qualified for a lifetime ...

If Trump wins the SC primary a week after standing on stage at a GOP debate and saying that planned parenthood does wonderful things (outside of abortion), that GWB lied about WMD and failed to keep us safe, and that the Iraq War was a disaster...its potentially Berlusconi time in the United States...

Can yinz explain something for me? How does the Champions League schedule align with the normal league schedules? I'm assuming the teams that are currently in the CL tourney now were based on rankings from the previous season? And do the CL matches just take place during the course of the normal EPL...

It was a 5-4 decision that included Sandra Day O'Connor and Anthony Kennedy. Republican appointees. The question of law was relatively straightforward in Bush v Gore . It was basically a 5-4 ruling of how a 7-2 ruling should be handled. Bingo on both accounts. Breyer and Souter were part of ...

I would definitely root for FLA in a cup final. Fun team.
+1. Definitely the other team I'd like to see out of the East. The hell with the rest of them.

The biggest flaw in Bush v. Gore wasn't the decision itself, but the fact that it failed to address significant issues with our system of voting in the United States. That unquestionably should have been a part of the opinion. It was a 5-4 decision that included Sandra Day O'Connor and Anthony Kenne...

Apparently Kane was at the NBA All-Star game last night and posted a bunch of pictures of him partying and what not onto social media.

I'm kind of excited for this season, but it's really going to do something to capture my interest. Last season was great and all for character development and to how he became the person he was, but I need to see something more.

My wife and I just watched the first episode of Angie Tribeca--I've gotta say, it's great. They are really trying to go for a modern-day Police Squad! vibe and it works.

We didn't get a lot of snow here (2"?), but the fact it has been so cold the last 4-5 days allowed it to immediately accumulate. We aren't supposed to get above freezing here until 2-3 AM--showers with an air temperature of 25 is bad news bears.

I've thought that so far, the Roberts Court has been generally moderate (leaning right, obviously). Re: Scalia, despite the celebrations of his death in here and other circles, I stand by my opinion that he was one of the finest legal minds and justices in the last half century. He was also an arden...
