600 calories a day is no bueno and borderline dangerous long term. At least drink some protein shakes if you are not hungry at all.

It’s weird they put you on ozempic when you were doing fine without it making smart food choices. I’m not a doctor though.

We had an open work space setup back pre covid when I went in 3 days a week. It was an awful setup and I hated it. I just put on headphones all day to drown out the noise.
