I think I'm one of the few people that actually liked Cook, especially when they paired him up with Starkey. He seemed to have mellowed. Sure he was still a cranky old man, but I liked him.

Yeah, not much you can do. I wouldn't want to have to deal with what is going on in college athletics, especially football right now. I know coaches leave all the time, but players only have 4 years in college to "get theirs", so they will be jumping ship all the time. At least in the NFL and other ...

What's the difference between Album of the Year and Record of the Year. Or Record of the Year and Song of the Year. One of them seem redundant. Hmmm… just looked it up. Album of the year is like it sounds. It’s an award for a full album. Record vs Song of the year is who the award is for. Record is...

That's pretty much how I feel, Shafty. With my new gig I get to drive to and from work three days a week with the Pacific Ocean off my shoulder, and so far everyone I've met is pretty chill and funny. Plus I feel so much more plugged in and connected to the work I do, which makes it more fulfilling...

We work a ton with strategy, marketing, EHS, Tech, IT, etc. It's not just counting beans. Do a lot of project based stuff and work with our business leaders very closely.

I think the issue people are going to run into (again, this is industry specific) is that a lot of large or similar companies are all doing RTO, so the market of finding fully remote or mostly remote is going to continue to shrink. I do agree, some companies are looking to get rid of people, but we'...

I think I don't mind it (I never want to go back 4 or 5 days), but 2 or 3 days is ok for me. I'm fortunate I enjoy the people I work with as well and I actually like seeing them. I think it's to each their own.

That makes sense. Young people with few obligations don't mind sitting in a cube near other cubes all day. Add a spouse, some kids, and discretionary income for hobbies and that 90 minutes in the car commuting each day is a lot less 'fun'. We've come to find flexibility is the biggest key. A lot of...

I think over the next decade or so as the older generation phases out....remote work will become the norm in any industry that it can be done in. I think it's dependent on what you do, and honestly how big of a company you work for. We were shocked that during our last gallup survery, more young pe...

We started our 3 days in office in January (soft transition), but today was the first day where it was "official". There are a lot of people here. Most come in Tues-Thurs. Honestly haven't had a lot of people complain and I've seen a lot of people I haven't seen in like 4 years. It's actually kind o...

TMNT cartoons do not hold up, imo. I get why I liked them as a kid but there’s not a whole lot there for an adult. That's what I feared. Loved them as a kid. Probably too "kiddy" for me now. GI Joe I feel held up really well. I've heard many say He-Man does not hold up well at all. I never really h...
