By the way, that's damned impressive. A 3000 in 12:00 is really solid.
Thanks! Unfortunately, that was (a) 30+ years (b) two arthroscopic knee surgeries and, most importantly (c) almost 50 lbs. (and that's AFTER I dropped about 40 since the birth of my 4-year old!) ago!
