Well, the thing with terminated guys is that you want them off the books...you're not likely to hold them ransom for a draft pick...the team, AIUI, has to give up the pick...it's not a magical compensatory pick that just appears at the end of a round...

Attendance was up league-wide this year (indoor games only), it was up 250,000 (to 21.4 million) from last season, fwiw...
