Finding Dory was awesome, saw it on Friday. The 3D effects are incredible.

My daughter will sit through Toy Story, so I'm thinking Finding Dory shouldn't be an issue.

The liberal media is funny. They doggedly pursue every woman that Donald Trump has ever known to try and tear apart his character and portray him as a sleazeball, and even got in trouble for deliberately misrepresenting the information given by multiple "sources". Yet, here we have a Secret Service ...

I don't think you see that till next season, when Euron becomes the primary (human) threat. Reference to next on GOT in spoiler Other nerds are positing a Red Wedding 2.0 at the Frey party set for next week with Jaime in attendance I noticed in the preview that Jamie is at the Twins. Why would he b...

So, regarding Euron... He is on his way to Meereen as well, no? Well, at first glance, you would think it's a lost cause for him. His ships will be destroyed by the dragons, and Danaerys has already made a pact with Theon/Yara. It makes no sense--where could he possibly go from here? UNLESS--Euron h...

Yeah I still don't see this as being motivated by Islam

He had been radicalized for the last year, by most estimates. Come on.

I noticed they replaced "Allah" with "God" in the transcripts. That was a nice, subtle touch.

All uphill from here! Longer days are here! Starting today, the days will start to get shorter. Slowly, at first, but as we move into August, the earlier sunsets will become more and more noticeable. Soon, the Long Night will be upon us. You know BJ's post is from Dec 2015 (the winter solstice), ri...

https://twitter.com/PeteKDCNews/status/744933116733718528 This should be getting a lot more attention than it is getting. The "lack of propaganda" reason is preposterous. Everyone in the known world know that he was an Islamic extremist that "martyred" for his cause, there's no need to release a ta...

has any other all-time great had a weaker supporting cast in a championship season? Jordan had Pippen his entire career, Magic had Kareem and Worthy, Bird had Parish and McHale, Hakeem had Drexler I think the only one that comes to mind is 09-10 Kobe. Who would you rather have, Pau or Kyrie? I'd ta...

Swan Song is great so far. Some obvious parallels to The Stand, but a different book in its own right.

One could make an argument I could understand about owning a handgun for protection. I cannot, in any way shape or form, understand an argument that assault rifles (or any gun that isn't a shotgun or bolt action rifle) have any redeeming use whatsoever. But as Freddy said, somewhere north of 95% (I...

Hard to go with Buffalo with only two sports teams. Especially when you consider many of them are probably fans of the New York baseball/hockey teams.
Like the Sabres?
Whoops, meant baseball/basketball. Actually, I wonder if they root for the Raptors/Blue Jays more?

I'd imagine they would go back to the Vale?) No way. Like I said, by the end of next episode, Baelish has betrayed the Stark/Snow clan. He'll either die or we will go into next season with some tragic stuff unfolding. I can easily see Tormund or Davos dying next episode. I just have a suspicion it'...

I'm not sure if that was covered at all in the show, but it was pretty awesome. Who the hell is actually left in the North to support the new Stark regime at Winterfell? In terms of Passion vs. Results, Philly wins over Phoenix. A much higher percentage of people in Philly live and die by their pro sports teams than in Phoenix. It's what makes sports talk so great around here.

While the show emphasized Jon’s motivation in both rescuin...

I'd say Phoenix maybe? Outside of the D-Backs WS in 2001, not much else to celebrate there.
