The last time that they were here, I want to say that Spike mentioned that it was their first show back here since Skyblast, but I thought they played The Rex prior to COVID. Or maybe the show was scheduled and got cancelled due to COVID. My early 2020's timeline is awful thanks to everything being ...

Our golf league started last week. I'm in the same situation, where I've swung clubs once since October.
Fully expecting nothing lower than a 50 this evening.

Re: Parking. I had a preshow beer at the bar across the street because the line going in wasn't moving when I got there. The bartender that was working said those groups that are collecting parking money haven't had an official permit for their spaces in years and that the parking attendant doesn't ...

At the Roxian? I never had to pay for parking. Either park way in the back lot or park curbside.
I lucked out and I’m literally right across the street from the ticket booth.

If anybody is interested in going to see Me First and the Gimme Gimmes tonight at the Roxian, I have a few extra tickets that I’m looking to give away.
Just drop your email in a DM and I’ll forward them over.

Creality was another brand that I remember seeing that I was considering. I’ll have to look at that once I get home.

I bit the bullet and bought a much more advanced 3D printer this morning. The good news is that I know what I can do with old one:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qheZBQjEIrk Which printer did you buy, and any thoughts on this one? https://www.amazon.com/FLASHFORGE-Adventurer-Pro-Multi-Functi...

My only other thought about Tony fearing for his life was that there was another incident that wasn't shown in that clip.
Because if that's why he feared for his life, then yikes.

mikey's Thread of Penguin Randomness
Penguins are adding a mystery item into the charity bags this year. I'm guessing it's a Jagr bobblehead. I helped pack the bags today, and I don't think it is. I was on a crap cleanup job though and didn't get to see many of the items lol. Did win one of the EK bobbles in a raffle though. The reaso...

Watched part of the first one, thought it sucked.Didn't watch the first one, won't be watching this one.
Won't be wasting my time on this one.

One was Gabby and one was Gandy. It's been 30 years since I last saw them on A&E. My "cable" has a bunch of channels of old TV shows and Rockford Files is one that I'll put on if there isn't anything else on. About a week or so before the original post about Gossett Jr's passing, there was an episo...

Commercials that I hate
Not sure if any of you in here have Roku, but my hate for them is that they run the same ten commercials in the same order. My sister watches a lot of Bones, CSI, NCIS, etc and it's the same ads over and over and over on whatever channel that is. Emeril gets two ads for his channel. Martha Stewart ...

I went to the actual gym for the first time in forever yesterday and ran on the treadmill. Oh boy...my body did not like that. Also did some weights. Super sore today. This Friday I get to run on a treadmill with a scope going up my nose and down my throat. Ask me how much I am going to enjoy that....

My favorite performance of his was on the Rockford Files. He called Jim "Rockfish." Gossett Jr. was on Rockford Files a few times, but that was Isaac Hayes calling him Rockfish. That's right. :thumb: What’s funny is that their nicknames weren’t much different. One was Gabby and one was Gandy.
