I've been on a keto-ish diet since September. I'm down 20 lbs but hit a plateau over the last week. I'm doing a bit of a reset and am eating a few things that fall outside of what I should be eating, which doing this around Thanksgiving was surprisingly a good idea. I'm not going overboard but my us...

I'm obviously still learning but had no idea that a 31x31x40 printer existed and it isn't at a crazy price point either.

Got "busted" by corporate IT for using Rufus to create bootable ISOs. Corporate: just got an alert on your workstation for Rufus-whateverversion.exe Me: I was looking to make a bootable ISO. It's been my go-to since like 2017. Corporate: well Crowdstrike flagged it. I wonder why we got ale...

Christmas lights in the windows, smart plugs for the lights, wreath on door. Total time decorating = 30-45 minutes. If I really feel inspired, I might even pull out the 4 ft tree from the basement. Eh, probably not. :| I probably won't have many visitors since I'll be away on two of those weekends a...

And on top of the charges of felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct along a severe asskicking that was received, Sean Daley is also getting a felony forgery charge for having a forged military ID i...

Yeah, just flush enough for it to show in the base since there isn't a lip around the bottom of the Cup.
I guess it would be like merging it except I don't want the remainder of the logo sticking out since the Cup wouldn't be sitting flat against the ground.

I thought the poop went into that small container in back and stayed there. I was sorely mistaken. When I went around back to check cables for those error messages, I found tons of dead filament back there. For now, I have it going into a tiny bin that I have yet to empty. And I'm not sure if you'd ...

Yeah, they are default .20 mm. I thought I had variable layer height on since you had recommended it for something in an earlier post, but let me doublecheck. I've been using OrcaSlicer as my standard software and have your settings set as my default. Since 90% of my filament is all from the same co...

https://x.com/realjasonstru/status/1859256398871175603 I really like the texture of that marble PLA. The finish on it is so much smoother. I think the one in the first pic is matte gray. So I kinda lied a little in that tweet. I did run out of time last night, but the reason why I didn't get to prin...

Are you on a non iOS phone or tablet? If so, Firefox with uBlock Origin will nuke those ads. I haven't tried it, but the Brave browser on iOS will block a lot of ads as well. If you’re on iOS, use the Brave browser. It automatically blocks all YouTube ads. Brave is essentially my YouTube app now. O...

I've become so exhausted with YouTube ads that I will repeatedly back out of a video until I can enter cleanly. I ordered some marble PLA last night. It already showed up so I'm seeing how that works out with the curling stones. So far, so good. I'm still getting the LIDAR and build plate errors. Last night I saw what you meant about the cardboard spools not playing nice. I had a few instances where I had to go over to the printer and loosen up the spool because the filament was almost knotting itself while printing. I'm assuming it's because the spool wasn't spinning as freely and the filam...
