Tom Chorske was a Pittsburgh Penguin in 1999-00...? Where was I for that...

That looks like either underextrusion, wet filament, or a clogged nozzle to me. Here is a Bambu article on common issues and fixes, which I think it pretty useful. Honestly, if I were you, I would run through calibration tests for temperature, flow rate, at the very least. You should probably do th...

ok, so then does the Mexican Baseball League get included? I'm not saying I agree with it, but just that this is now turning into shades of gray and it's not necessarily as simple as you're making it out to be. There are further shades of gray because the Negro Leagues stat keeping seems to be not ...

The seller had another one there that was gutted, but he cut the top off so he could use it as a planter. :sigh: I did thing about doing something similar with using light inside so it would produce some glow out of the top, but my sister told me "Don't do it. He really butchered that thing. It can'...

Kinda got sidetracked this week. Was trying to figure out which account I can load it to since I don't want to spam twitter with it.

Good news: I finally found an alternator for the unexpected project car that I bought last year. Bad news: I wasn't expecting to pay almost $400 for it. At least it's a 95 amp with a warranty instead of the 35 and 45 amp alternators that were showing up. I also found a bunch that were a fraction of ...

Speaking of vintage record players, I just bought a 1948 Philco 1405 that has two arms, one for 33s and another for 78s. Never seen that before. My father in law is real into restoring vintage record players/radios (retired dudes, right?) so he’s currently fixing it up for us. Not my photos: https:...

ESPN was a missed layup away from starting a Game 7 on their app. That would have been something.
Still amazes me that they had those games running on top of each other and had a taped cornhole tournament running on espn2.

The bromelain in pineapple juice may also thin mucus that causes congestion in the sinuses or chest. Together with its anti-inflammatory properties, pineapple juice may relieve symptoms of the common cold and allergies. These properties have led researchers to study its ability to treat asthma. Whi...

So the 28 hrs of printing was just like watching a Pens game this year: good to start, a few noticeable flaws halfway through, and an absolute failure for the last section. It’s like it got to the last section of the base and was like “eh, close enough.” I don’t know if maybe the printer I have isn’...

What infill pattern are you using? The default on most slicers is grid, which is trash, and can cause the hot end to scrape across the top. If your slicer has something like Adaptive Cubic, try that instead, and use no more than 15% infill. Way faster and stronger. It ended up printing in 8 hours, ...
