The eternal flame is more like an occasional flame, which is kinda pathetic. They light it for big events, which honestly Johnstown has maybe a handful of those a year.

Wob does livestreams on twitch for these LA chases. Every vehicle is a Dodge Charger no matter what it is.

I don't know the origin of it, but I'm assuming it started due to most of the vehicles being Dodge Chargers and it become a running joke no matter what vehicle was being pursued.

Usually it's just a general announcement when the player is on waivers.

But to announce that hours beforehand? Yeah, something is up.
