Self Evals are pointless which I think why employees (including myself in the past) never put any thought into them. 99% of the time raises are already pre-determined and those evaluations mean nothing. No reason to sell yourself and what you did when it all comes out the same anyways.

The no importing of draft classes to Madden is a major major bummer that I somehow skimmed over. Still super pumped, and hopefully its something they can get in next year. Same, but I completely understand the licensing to get the actual college players in the game not transferring over to the NFLP...

For me at least importing draft classes into Madden was a huge part of the reason I played NCAA back in the day. Watching players you recruited go from freshman in college to seeing where they go in the NFL was super interesting to me.

We hand wash things that can't be put in the dishwasher... IE Stainless steel pains, knife set etc. I don't mind doing those, but I'm not giving up the dishwasher to do all the rest of the PITA stuff. Whoever flipped our house installed all Samsung appliances. We had a minor dishwasher issue when we moved in that was fixed quickly and other than that they have all been rock solid for 4 years now no issues. They aren't what I would have purchased, but no complaints.

Yeah if there is one thing that is nice about travel ball it’s the time limits. It’s usually between 60 and 75 minutes depending on the tournament. Going back to full two hour rec games after that is awful.
