The audit department for the company I am currently working with is under an OCC MRA and they are required to validate all the remediation work we're doing. (1) takes them forever to complete anything and (2) materiality is a foreign concept for them

Yeah, the truly bad pardons are ones that are borderline witness tampering / obstruction of justice.

I know Iran Contra went there, Trump for sure, and probably Clinton too. Would take a real stretch of the imagination to say that the Hunter pardon veers into that territory

If hunter did anything provable, it would have been uncovered by the special prosecutor or the house investigators.

So the crimes in question are pretty marginal, especially the gun charge.

Don't disagree, I think the only case that I think bucks that was the Dan Campbell supporters after last year's NFC championship. There were a lot of folks defending that 4th down conversion failure.
