From what I remember from that one woman's video from when this started, swabbing both sides is SOP for the COVID test.

Hockey Randomness

The more I read about how the NHL is going to go about the testing and having players self-administer temp readings and symptom check themselves, I can't think of anyway this ends poorly if one player gets exposed, especially considering how many players play through pain and other things. And consi...

Played my first 18 today. Made a slight tweak in my tempo off the tee and fixed almost all of my driver issues that I had the last two rounds. Shot at 84, and that was with 5 doubles. Clean that up and I might break 80 this year.

Pitt is apparently doing a study on antibodies. My one coworker, who we assumed had really bad bronchitis that led her to spend almost a month in the hospital, signed up for it. They never tested her for it because she had only traveled to Florida in mid-February and they weren't testing unless you ...

Source of the post EVERYONE with doctorate are not necessarily smart, but overwhelmingly people with doctorate ARE smart
Or, at the very least, have more expertise and knowledge in their particular field of study than some rando on a message board.

MIMH's post said "literal doctorate degrees in this".

"This" being public health, pandemics, etc.

Your take is bad.

Been watching the 1991 cup final on ATT Sports.

How the heck did people watch live hockey back then without the score/clock overlay? Probably the most infuriating thing about trying to watch the old broadcast haha (save for the copious amount of water skiing by anyone chasing a puck carrier).

You know what epidemiology is the study of, correct?

It's hilarious to watch people who have no concept of public health or biology in general, or who outwardly deny science/scientific study try to tell us who we should or shouldn't believe.

No offense to c2i, but just because you have a doctorate doesn't make you smart.

It just means you have persevered.

Might be an all-time bad take on the board, given the context of the remark.

Almost all of their problems stem from Bolsonarro ignoring the virus and pretending like it didnt exist.

Gangs in the favelas were doing a better job of helping people lockdown than Bolsonarro.

I had it back in 2016. I just used the antivirals the doc gave me.

Also only had it in a small patch on my neck so other than the meds I didnt really need much more.
