I'm scared of heights so I like landing because it means we're about to be back on the ground, one way or another.

When I get into 'manic' states like that I just try and ride it until I see something shiny and get distracted. Same thing happens with my gaming collection, every so often I got into overdrive with it and I buy a bunch of stuff. I don't get mad because I know it'll go away and I won't buy anything ...

I can't understand running more than one time a day. I don't even do cardio on back to back days if I can help it.
