Damned money pit, but still the fastest car I’ve driven. It was violent, but when it ran, it ran like a raped ape. 534 on the dump will do that. RRE/Buschur! Blasts from the past. Shep was a good guy who is a genius on transmissions. I was pretty active on columbusdsm.com back then. Only reason it’s...

Let's spice it up a bit. My best slip (left lane), in my GSX @ 16psi. https://i.imgur.com/vGMs9ZI.jpg Nice 60’ time! I had a 92 Laser 6/4 combo in blue. Too lazy to go find my slips, host them, to post them. Best was 10.9/131. John Shepard transmission/tc (after twisting/breaking output shaft of tc...

So glad I loaded up when Wally World unloaded all their evil caliber ammo at stupid cheap prices. Winchester white box 9mm FMJ’s for twelve cents/round. Remington.223 FMJ for $0.21/round. That was an expensive day as I bought out two local stores entire stock, but glad I did. I’ve got enough.

So, my stubborn dumbass dad who has Parkinson’s and Lewy Body dementia decided it was a great time to call his brother, who also has Parkinson’s, albeit far less advanced, and go out to Applebee’s of all places to eat to celebrate the end of lockdown in Ohio. My sister is rightfully flipping the eff...

Made some sous vide que pulled pork last night and used my kitchen aid to shred it. Frickin genius. Thank you again Glad to hear you tried it and liked it. My mind was blown when my wife showed me that trick. Then I started thinking, “How long has she known about this and watched me with the bear c...

Tennessee is open for business. :scared: Restaurants and retail at 50% capacity where I live in bumfvck. Under 100 cases here confirmed in my county with drive thru testing available. I think I’m just going to continue my new normal, go to get groceries once every two weeks or so. Cook good food at ...

Heritage breed pork is truly extraordinary. Agreed! D’artangen, (or however you spell it), had a four hour sale awhile back where I got two around 8 lb Berkshire Boston butts for $80. Found a code online for free shipping over $100 and added some duck confit and garlic sausages for cassoulet. Smoke...

Some additional tips from the expert (not me) responsible for the Kitchen Aid shredding hack: Do NOT overload the bowl, and remove when shredded as you desire. Small batches are better. Do not go over “3clicks” on the Kitchen Aid. Just be patient. A pound of your next batch frozen and sent would be ...

I’m with Tif on this one, SV a pork butt for 24 hrs to 170, them put on smoke at 225 until it gets to 203 (about 3-4 hours) and it’s delectable! Shredding tip: If you have a Kitchenaid mixer, just take hunks of the pork, put in the mixer on slow and it shreds beautifully and you don’t have to wait ...

Just got a gen 5 g19. Mags have orange followers. Wife loves it. I’m partial to my Sig P365. It’s my edc. Tiny, 10+1 with flat bottom mags that are too short for my hands, 12+1 with the extended pinky rest mags, and as backup mags they offer a 15+1 configuration, but it looks ridiculous and difficul...
