I was bored last night, so I watched Love and Monsters. Had no expectations going into it, and wound up really enjoying it. They could have gone the bleak, overcast world that most apocalyptic films would go for, but they didn’t and it really worked well. Would recommend.

C2/FiOS here, but I use 1080p TiVos for cable content. 4k stuff is all Prime/Disney apps and USB (movies), but I also watch hockey on my Chromecast 4k (ESPN+) and don’t see the issue you describe.

I got an email the other day advertising “great” rates of 6.something% to refinance. Also insanity, seeing as how we refinanced a few years ago at 1.75%.

The next time I see my neighbor outside, I'm going to ask him about his system. I know he doesn't like his panels (Tesla), most of which have already been replaced once, but I'm curious to see what he generates as he has them on both his front and back roof.

I don't think it's unreasonable to go with any number between $250-500k. I do live in a HCOL area compared to a lot of you, FWIW.

And sorry, I'm talking household income here, not a single income.

Not sure what the hang up here is, but at what salary level do you feel like the current housing market is no big deal, and would not prevent you from doing as you please (buying and selling homes at current rates/values)? That's where my $500k answer came from, because I have to imagine that anyone...
