I think it depends on where you go to school and what teachers you get. I was really lucky in high school and had truly excellent history teachers. 25 years later, I wouldn't trade them for any other teachers in the world.

This is the classic dilemma of deal-making. For any deal to happen, both sides must value what they're getting more than what they're giving. I don't think that condition is met here with Fleury and the Flames' pick.

I would still ask for more than just a 1st round pick. I think 6th - 8th pick in the draft is about the tipping point for me below which the pick alone isn't enough to get Fleury from the Pens. He's an all-star caliber player still in his prime and the Pens want to compete for another Cup next year...

Could the Pens sign Murray to an extension with a NMC that kicks in before the expansion draft, then claim since they had two goalies with NMCs they ought to either be able to protect both of them or be allowed to expose a goalie of their choice?
