I like the interleague setup as it is now. #1, I’m gonna get to see every team in the opposite league come thru my city every other year instead of the once every 6 years as it is now. Example, this year Bryce Harper played his first game at Target Field (HR in first AB too). He’s been around a whil...

The people at this location were awesome. Agreed to sell it to me, held it for me, then gave me $100 off (without asking for a discount) because the joint on one arm was busted. I can replace the part for $6. Disassembled it in about 3 minutes. Five stars. Probably should get that arm in a cast to ...

tbh this is how it should go - AL and NL, no divisions. top 4 in each make it - 7 game series all the way. 162 game regular season needs to have more weight imo but the TV money rules the world You’re on the right track here. The only parts of the regular season that MLB values is Opening Day and t...

We went to Stuff'd (right across the street from Primanti's). I cannot possibly recommend it enough. The best cheesesteak I've ever had, and I've had a lot. The workers there have shirts and the back says "Pat and Geno who?" Stuff'd you say? Hmmmm, I'll have to check that out the ne...

When Williams threw that first-pitch changeup to Alonso and he looked at it for a strike, I was like, 'you throw that pitch again and you're gonna regret it'. Alonso sat on it and took it the other way. Cover your eyes as that was just the 3rd 2+ run 9th inning comeback in a winner-take-all postseas...

What happens when the braves win game two and are tied with the dbacks. Is there a play in game tomorrow? MLB dumped Game 163 a couple years ago and have gone to tiebreakers due to the balanced schedule. So all 3 teams finished with 89 wins and the Braves held the tiebreaker on both while the Mets ...

Why didn’t Tomlin call a timeout before that last 4th down play? I know, rhetorical question, but makes me wonder what could have been. Didn’t get to see the game so maybe there was something there I didn’t see The timeout should have happened after the fumbled snap. They burned 30 seconds just get...

At 7:56 this morning, I get this ping Nitwit: “Happy Monday, meow. Can you please join our 8 am call?” ya boy: “I accepted. Talk to you then.” Nitwit: “I meant can you join now? I started the meeting” Are you serious? I ended up leaving my computer to get a cup of coffee instead of responding and e...

I heard Pereira’s rant and I thought it was misguided. Yeah, the clock guy messed up the next play by not starting it on time and led to a review. But it’s on the on-field officials to get the previous play right and wind the clock on the ready for play.

F Cleveland as well. That franchise can rot for all I care. I'd root for the Royals first followed by Tigers, Orioles, Astros, and then a large gulf to the Yankees and Indians.

If both those guys stay healthy, this could be a tremendous trade for the Wolves. Towns is the softest big man I've ever seen and the NY fanbase will eat him alive as soon as he starts dogging it, which he will.

Big Ten refs almost gave UW a gift with that clock situation. Guy makes the catch with his knees inbounds with 15 seconds left and they don't wind the clock after the chains are set. Not the best end of the night for the zebras because I think they got the VT/Miami reversal wrong too.

The choke is complete. Losing 2 out of 3 at home to the 100-loss Marlins is the appropriate death knell to my POS team. I'm now gonna go swim in storm surge.

It's not going to be pretty in the Big Bend tonight. It'll be a quick hit but a devastating one. Here in Orlando, the wind has been up for most of the day and will top out with gusts around 50 later this evening. But unlike Debby, which had a pretty wide area of moisture, this storm is pretty compac...

Keep in mind that Ohtani got thrown out at 3rd trying to stretch to a triple in the early innings. Imagine if he had hit for the cycle to go along with everything else yesterday.

I didn’t have as much an issue with the pass call as others but certainly understand the anger involved. Barkley’s gotta catch it. More indicting is the decision to not kick in the first qtr (those pesky analytics again) and worse, the complete lack of a pass rush on an immobile QB coming off an Ach...

Which is why you shouldn’t waste a top-15 pick on an OL unless you have a pretty good feeling he’s a future Ogden/Jones/Allen/Boselli.
