Glad I grabbed an extra gallon of milk when this started. Grocery stores have been insane. Good luck finding eggs or milk anywhere within 1/2 hour drive.

The past week in Erie County:

Lake Effect Snow Warning started Thurs night --> Break day yesterday --> Blizzard Warning last night and today --> Lake Effect Snow Warning tonight through Saturday.

Got around 4 1/2 to 5 feet here.

Snow disaster emergency declared in Erie County. I got around 3 feet here last night and today with another 16 - 24 inches predicted overnight. Been listening to the scanner and it's really f'd up out there with people stranded everywhere. On Rt 5 out by NY all 4 lanes were just reported to be movin...

I have a 10 year old GE that's been great. Basement shower with no exhaust fan and it still keeps it below 50% down there.

I've used Sherwin Williams Emerald for everything here - matte interior, satin and gloss exterior. Great quality, thick paint - consistency is closer to pudding than water. Goes on easy and looks great. As to cost, I try to plan ahead and buy during their 40% off sales.

Single floor home and the slower toilet is closer to the meter. <shrugs> It's most likely the fill valve. My basement toilet did the same thing, twice as long to fill as the first floor one. I would say that the rapid escalation of the income gap and destruction of the middle class has also changed my economic views quite a bit too. And the healthcare mess, that is exacerbated by private equity/insurance chasing profits over care, has made me a lot more open to a single payer system. h...
