Yeah, ARKF has been the least affected, but they're all down pretty bad. My entire portfolio, on both RH and Fidelity, has been red for days.

It was also the instant deposits that really got everyone on to RH for the GME run. If you didn't already have an account set up somewhere else, you couldn't get money in quick enough. With RH, once you link your account and initiate a transfer, you've got up to $1000 or $5000 to invest immediately.

I don't think that there's really a low end limit to when you can effectively use it, it just gives you much more on the high end. Personally, I don't think I've ever used it for less than 4 inches though. I do have my scraper blade set pretty high since I use it on the yard too.
