You know what really grinds my gears...

I had a roommate back in college who would probably have tried to leave out the rice too. He would literally eat nothing but meat. A common dinner for him was an entire value pack of pork chops from Giant Eagle, which he liked to pan-fry with curry powder.

The big jump in COVID-19 infections and virus deaths reported today by the Chinese government, IMO, might lend more credence to the simmering rumors that the number of deaths is far higher than reported. China said the big jump came because they are now counting cases diagnosed through chest imaging...

My brother owned a Neon R/T for many years, and I drove it on occasion. Nowhere near as special as the SRT-4, but I remember that thing had great handling for being based on an economy car.

Why has the economy been doing well for the past decade?
Massive money-pumping by the Fed coupled with the Fed maintaining artificially low interest rates. The economy is a bubble waiting to pop.

A lot of the airlines are state-owned, at least in part. The major Chinese airlines are usually owned at least in part (and often majorly in part) by the national government, and a lot of the smaller/regional airlines are owned at least in part by regional governments. Not all of them are, though. I...

My understanding is that for modern cars, ethanol-blended gas works fine and might even give better performance. I think the non-ethanol gas is for stuff like classic cars, lawn equipment, etc. where ethanol can cause problems.
